Hedera Council‘s partnership program was created to foster collaboration with organizations advancing innovation across the Hedera ecosystem. Through its Strategic and Community Partner tracks, the program brings together industry leaders, builders, and enterprises helping drive real-world adoption of Hedera.
As part of this initiative, The Institutes RiskStream Collaborative® joins as a Hedera Council Strategic Partner alongside new Community Partners EQTY Lab, Hgraph, Kabila, and Xeni, expanding partner representation across insurance and risk management, AI governance, enterprise infrastructure, developer tooling, and digital commerce.
Together, these organizations bring deep industry expertise and ecosystem engagement that will help accelerate adoption across the Hedera network. From trusted AI and insurance innovation to Web3 infrastructure and travel technology, each partner contributes capabilities that advance real-world utility across the ecosystem.
RiskStream Collaborative to Serve as Strategic Partner for Hedera Council
The Institutes’ RiskStream Collaborative®, the insurance industry’s largest not-for-profit emerging technology consortium, is the newest strategic partner of Hedera Council. The RiskStream Collaborative® will contribute informed insights related to insurance, risk management, and multiparty data collaboration.
The consortium will participate in working groups, workshops, and enterprise initiatives focused on advancing real-world adoption across regulated industries. It will serve alongside other strategic partners, including Halborn and the Global Blockchain Business Council.
Previously, the RiskStream Collaborative partnered with Hashgraph to develop an interoperable property risk and resilience portal. Built on Hedera and HashSphere distributed ledger technologies, this portal is designed to transform how commercial and residential property risk data is shared, verified, and used across the insurance ecosystem.
“Insurance has long struggled with fragmented, inefficient data flows that slow down the entire industry,” said Pat Schmid, president of The Institutes RiskStream Collaborative. “During the risk placement process, carriers, brokers, reinsurers, and data providers routinely repeat the same manual, duplicative work with no standardized way to verify or maintain it.
“Solving problems of this scale demands multiparty governance and infrastructure built for trust, which is exactly why Hedera is such a natural fit for RiskStream’s property risk tokenization portal. Joining the Council as a strategic partner deepens our ability to drive that vision across the insurance industry.”
4 New Community Partners: Ecosystem Innovation and Builder Momentum
EQTY Lab
EQTY Lab joins as a Community Partner, at the intersection of AI governance and enterprise infrastructure. The organization has collaborated with NVIDIA, Intel, and Accenture to advance verifiable AI governance solutions, now available on Hedera, designed to improve transparency, accountability, and auditability across enterprise and public-sector AI systems. Through Verifiable Compute, EQTY Lab helps organizations establish cryptographic proof and runtime verification for AI workflows, enabling more trusted deployment of autonomous and agentic systems powered by Hedera’s decentralized infrastructure.
“AI governance only works if you can prove what actually happened. Hedera’s decentralized infrastructure gives Verifiable Compute a trust anchor and smart contracting protocol, so enterprises can deploy agentic AI with cryptographic proof instead of promises. We look forward to collaborating on that standard with the Hedera community.”
Hgraph
Hgraph joins as a Community Partner, supporting ecosystem accessibility and participation through community engagement, infrastructure, and educational initiatives across the Hedera network. As a multi-chain infrastructure company, Hgraph provides APIs, indexing, AI-native intelligence, relay infrastructure, MCP tooling, and dedicated engineering solutions across Hedera and beyond. Through its GraphQL, SQL, and REST API platform, along with community-driven programs and ecosystem support efforts, Hgraph helps users, builders, and enterprises better understand, build on, and scale Hedera-powered technologies, expanding long-term participation and adoption across the ecosystem.
“Since 2022, we’ve been part of the infrastructure layer powering some of Hedera’s most active applications. Becoming a Community Partner of the Hedera Council is the next step in that commitment, a chance to contribute what we’ve built and learned, and collaborate more closely with the people driving this ecosystem forward,” Brandon Davenport, Director of Product, Hgraph
Kabila
Kabila joins as a Community Partner, bringing several years of building products and infrastructure for the Hedera ecosystem, including Kabila Wallet, Launchpad, Market, and Toolkit. Kabila is also a development partner of Hashgraph, having built and maintained official developer tools such as the Hedera Developer Playground and the Hedera Contract Builder, lowering the barrier to entry for new builders on Hedera. With this partnership, Kabila is also stepping in with a new line of blockchain and AI development through BRAVALTA (@BRAVALTAhq), acting as DLT & AI Architects and system integrators for B2B companies, with a focus on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and AI agent integration for enterprises. Kabila and BRAVALTA are excited to keep collaborating with Council members and other organizations to help them implement Hedera successfully across their use cases.
“We’ve spent years building on Hedera because we believe it’s one of the few networks truly ready for real-world adoption, and joining as a Community Partner lets us go all in on that. With Kabila we’ve made Hedera easier to use for founders and creators, and now also with BRAVALTA we’re bringing that same drive to enterprises, helping them tokenize real-world assets and put AI agents to work on-chain. What excites us most is doing this alongside the Council and other partners, turning Hedera’s potential into products people actually use,” Manu Cabrera, CEO & Co-Founder, Kabila & BRAVALTA.
Xeni
Xeni has officially joined as a Hedera Community Partner. Known for its advanced travel technology, Xeni provides embedded travel solutions for large enterprises, superapps, and fintechs who want to sell travel to their community. Xeni’s infrastructure is built on Hedera to enable transparent, real-time transaction settlement. This partnership highlights the accelerating enterprise adoption of distributed ledger technology, with Xeni and Hashgraph’s AI Studio now collaborating to develop next-generation agentic payment systems.
“Xeni has integrated blockchain technology into every stage of the travel transaction, from agentic search and AI payments to real-time auditing and settlement. The travel industry has long been plagued by price inefficiencies and a lack of transparency; our collaboration with Hedera directly solves these legacy problems,” says Sachin Narode, CEO of Xeni.
Hedera Council is excited to welcome these organizations and looks forward to the experience, ideas, and collaboration they will bring to the ecosystem. Together, these partners will help support builders, encourage innovation, and expand real-world adoption of Hedera-powered technologies across industries.
