Bringing tokenized stocks and cross-network liquidity to every Hedera user and application

SODAX is an intent-based execution and liquidity system that lets any wallet, DEX, or DeFi app offer swaps, bridging, lending, and borrowing across 21+ networks through a single SDK or API. Its integration with Hedera connects HBAR holders and Hedera builders to unified liquidity across EVM and non-EVM networks, without bridges, wrapped tokens, or fragmented pools. With 16 newly whitelisted assets and tokenized Robinhood stocks now reachable on Hedera, SODAX is giving the ecosystem’s apps access to assets that were previously out of reach.

Problem

Liquidity across digital asset markets is spread over dozens of networks, each with its own pools, bridges, and wrapped versions of the same assets. Moving value between them often means multiple transactions, bridge risk, and unpredictable slippage that can reach as high as 30% on some routes. For builders on any network, offering cross-network trading and lending has meant building and maintaining that infrastructure themselves – time and resources better spent on their own products.

Solution

SODAX connects Hedera to a unified, cross-network liquidity system through a single SDK or API integration. Users state the outcome they want, and SODAX presents the most efficient route across more than 18,000 trading paths, executing it with one signature. Hedera apps inherit SODAX’s full asset set – including trading liquidity-backed BTC and ETH, as well as tokenized Robinhood stocks – with integrations taking anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks.

Connecting Hedera’s community across networks

SODAX’s team has deep roots in the Hedera ecosystem, from years of building on the network to supporting builders through its grant programs. That experience showed how much friction can stand between developers and the products they want to ship, and how much HBAR holders stand to gain from easier access to assets and opportunities ported in from other networks.

The case for connecting Hedera was clear. Cross-network quotes in some cases carrying a slippage of 30% or more – the kind of numbers that make users wary of moving across networks at all – pointed to the need for a better path. Integrating Hedera would give holders more ways to put their assets to work, and give builders the same cross-network tooling available on other major networks.

How intent-based execution works

At SODAX’s core is an intent-based execution model. Rather than manually stringing together a swap, a bridge, and another swap, users state the outcome they want – for example, swapping HBAR for a tokenized stock – and SODAX handles the rest.

Fulfilling that intent is the job of the solver. SODAX’s in-house solver scans the largest DEXs and liquidity venues on each connected network, effectively forming the deepest unified pool for the requested asset, and calculating the most efficient route from more than 18,000 possible trading paths. Once a route is chosen, the solver fills the order – swapping, bridging, and settling – as a single atomic transaction the user approves with one signature.

Because SODAX draws on one unified liquidity layer rather than fragmented individual pools across networks, assets arrive trading liquidity-backed rather than as thin wrapped copies. The model has proven itself at scale. In just under a year, SODAX has grown to around $200 million in monthly volume, its solver ranks among the best in the market, and it charges no fees on its own venues. SODAX is especially competitive on non-EVM routes, which are often the hardest to execute efficiently.

Tokenized stocks and new assets on Hedera

In September 2026, SODAX whitelisted 16 assets for Hedera: USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, SUI, BNB, NEAR, AVAX, POL, XLM, INJ, bnUSD, SODA, USDS, HYPE, and HBAR. Many aren’t native to Hedera, but rather than wrapped derivatives, each is routed through its own native liquidity on the networks where it already trades at scale. Any Hedera app integrated with SODAX can offer them for trading, collateral, and lending.

SODAX has also brought tokenized Robinhood stocks to Hedera. The team selected the stocks with the deepest liquidity on Robinhood Chain, where SODAX taps directly into Uniswap pools. When a Hedera user buys a stock token, the solver sources it from that liquidity and delivers it straight to their Hedera wallet as a native asset.

Tokenized stocks powered by SODAX are already live across the Hedera ecosystem. HashPack – the wallet used by more than 90% of Hedera’s monthly active users – now gives its 1M+ accounts access to tokenized stocks like AAPL, TSLA, and SPY directly from its Swap page, in supported regions. SaucerSwap’s Stocks page lets users swap HBAR or USDC into stock like NVDA directly in the SaucerSwap interface, and SilkSuite became the first Hedera-native protocol to integrate SODAX – taking SilkDex’s liquidity cross-network.

Infrastructure for Hedera builders

SODAX is more than a route between Hedera and other networks – it’s infrastructure for building on Hedera. Partners integrate through the SDK or API in anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks, and every Hedera app that connects inherits SODAX’s full asset set and cross-network reach, with no per-asset integrations and no liquidity of its own to bootstrap.

That frees Hedera founders to build consumer-facing DeFi products faster, and several are already exploring how SODAX fits into their own applications. In an ecosystem where the building process itself has often been the biggest hurdle, removing that friction matters.

The road ahead for SODAX

SODAX has five more networks in its pipeline, which will further expand the assets and liquidity available to Hedera users. The team is also working to bring hard-to-find assets into the ecosystems it serves, and to connect leading borrow-and-lend protocols from other networks to Hedera so holders can put their assets to work as collateral and go deeper into DeFi. Because any asset on a SODAX-connected network can be offered on Hedera, what arrives next will be shaped by what Hedera users want.

Why Hedera?

For SODAX, Hedera’s design matched its own priorities. Affordable, fixed USD-denominated fees, absolute finality in 3-5 seconds, and fair transaction ordering mirror SODAX’s emphasis on predictable execution across networks. EVM compatibility, alongside native services like the Hedera Token Service, allowed SODAX’s engineers to integrate smoothly, while governance by Hedera Council gives partners confidence in the network’s long-term stability.

Equally important is Hedera’s community. An engaged base of HBAR holders, reachable through leading apps like HashPack, SilkSuite, and SaucerSwap, gave SODAX a direct line to users eager for more ways to use their assets – and builders ready to create with them. By connecting that community to the liquidity of 21+ networks, SODAX is helping make Hedera a place where holders can do more and builders can ship faster.
