Funding the long tail of global supply chains with on-chain liquidity
Isle Finance is building the on-chain credit layer for the real economy, starting with supply chain finance. Its first product, Isle Enterprise, lets small and mid-sized suppliers get paid in stablecoins as soon as their buyer approves an invoice, funded by on-chain liquidity on Hedera. For buyers, that means keeping suppliers’ on-time pricing without tying up their own working capital. For liquidity providers, it means yield backed by real trade, with every disbursement and repayment verifiable on-chain.
Suppliers selling to large buyers traditionally wait 30 to 90 days to get paid, tying up the working capital they need to keep production and operations running. Banks do offer supply chain finance priced against the buyer’s credit, but onboarding each supplier is manual and costly, so they typically enroll only a buyer’s largest suppliers. Thousands of smaller suppliers, with sound businesses and invoices owed by creditworthy buyers, are left out because their invoices are too small to justify the cost. It’s one reason the global trade finance gap remains at $2.5 trillion, unchanged since 2023.
Solution
Isle Enterprise underwrites the buyer once, then extends financing to every supplier beneath it, with no per-supplier onboarding. Suppliers request early payment on confirmed invoices and receive stablecoins from on-chain liquidity pools on Hedera, typically the same day, while the buyer repays at maturity. Small suppliers gain access to financing that banks wouldn’t extend to them, and buyers keep their working capital. Liquidity providers earn yield from the supplier’s early-payment discount, backed by buyer-approved invoices and real commercial activity rather than crypto leverage.
Our product is built for enterprises, so we needed an institutional chain. Institutions care about safety, privacy, speed, reliability, and finality. Hedera is governed by global enterprises like Google and FedEx, which are exactly the kinds of companies we want to build alliances with.

A credit layer for the real economy
Isle Finance connects two sides of the market that rarely meet: real-world businesses that need financing, and stablecoin holders looking for yield tied to real economic activity. Isle is the Web3 arm of BSOS, a Taiwanese blockchain technology company founded in 2018, and builds on its client relationships and underwriting experience. Isle Enterprise, its B2B supply chain finance product, is live today. Isle Personal, which will offer crypto-backed credit for individuals, is in development.
Isle Enterprise is built on one structural choice: it underwrites the buyer, not the supplier. Isle, drawing on BSOS’s underwriting experience, reviews each buyer’s financials and establishes a credit limit. Only approved buyers can enter a pool. From there, a supplier submits an invoice and requests early payment at a pre-negotiated discount. The buyer confirms the invoice is valid, and that confirmation is what the financing is secured against. Isle pays the supplier in stablecoin from the liquidity pool, typically the same day, and the buyer repays at maturity. Because the cycle repeats without re-underwriting, a single approved buyer can unlock early payment for its entire supplier base.
Private data off-chain, proof secured on Hedera
Isle separates what should stay private from what should be provable. Invoices, commercial terms, and due diligence on buyers and suppliers stay off-chain. What goes on Hedera is performance: every disbursement and repayment, including the stablecoin used, the amount, and the timing, is recorded on Hedera, where anyone can verify on a network explorer that loans are being funded and repaid.
Isle Enterprise is deployed on Hedera, with users connecting through the HashPack wallet. Its pools are denominated in USDC and USDT0, both issued on Hedera as native Hedera Token Service (HTS) tokens. USDT0 went live on Hedera in March 2026 and now funds Isle’s first pool outside Taiwan.
Proven in Taiwan, expanding across Southeast Asia
Isle Enterprise’s anchor client, a Taiwanese semiconductor buyer sourced through BSOS, has used Isle continuously since September 2025, financing more than $4.1M across 83 invoices with zero defaults. Before Isle, every order came with a trade-off: pay suppliers immediately and tie up working capital, or stretch payment terms and pay more for the same components. Now its suppliers are paid from Isle’s pools on shipment. Across the platform, Isle has financed more than 200 invoices with a 0% default rate to date.
In 2026, Isle launched its third pool, and its first outside Taiwan, with Storq, a Philippine fintech providing stablecoin-powered cross-border payments and financing for importers. Storq acts as a channel partner, bringing its importer clients to Isle for financing in USDT0, and shows Isle’s infrastructure can serve lending partners as well as direct buyer-supplier relationships.
Next, Isle plans to grow Isle Enterprise through BSOS’s enterprise network and expand into further Southeast Asian markets. Isle Personal is targeted for a 2027 release, and longer term, Isle plans to open its infrastructure to third-party originators.
Why Hedera?
Isle’s customers are enterprises, so it needed an institutional network. Retail-focused chains tend to optimize for trading activity, while enterprise buyers and their partners judge a network on safety, privacy, speed, reliability, and finality.
Hedera Council – composed of industry leading enterprises across both regions and verticals – gives Isle a network whose governance resonates with the institutions it wants to work with. Hedera’s low, fixed fees, denominated in US dollars, let Isle and its clients model transaction costs precisely, which matters when every invoice is financed on-chain. And native stablecoins on Hedera Token Service give Isle’s pools direct access to both USDC and USDT0 liquidity.
